I hate to be a naysayer but there is no precedent for this. Therefore, expect a shit-storm of legal battles if some mysterious and unknow framework emerges to catch the deep state by surprise. The mid-terms are less than 9 months from now. How is this supposed to work itself out by then.
My opinion is that this is pie-in-the-sky non-critical thinking masked in deep analysis of fairly abstract and loosely aligned factoids. If you want to waste your life hoping that Trump’s got this, then you can do so. I believe there is so much more that we need to do. Trump’s gonna Trump. Hopefully people gonna people rather than sheeple
